A: Good question. We are licensed agents, but we don’t want to list your house. We want to give you an offer to buy your house. We are professional home buyers. Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: We like to be very straightforward and open about our buying process.
We have to look at the location of the property, the repairs that are required, the property’s current condition, and the values of comparable houses sold in the local area recently.
We look at many pieces of information so we can come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too. We understand that our offer must meet your needs or it just won’t work. So we do our best to give you the best offer we can make.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: No. We do not charge you any fees or commissions when we buy your house. We’ll make you a fair offer. Then if you accept it, we’ll probably pay for the closing costs too. We usually do.
